Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair care products if they have been opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@salonpurpose.com.au and we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

- Proof of purchase is required
