Our all-day staff immersive event at the Manly Pacific was a demonstration of our dedication to continuous improvement. As a multi-award-winning hair salon in Manly, we relished this opportunity to come together and strengthen our skills and fuel our passion as a team. We heard from two incredible guest speakers, Elka Whalan and Steven Kay, who shared insights and encouragement from their own experiences, leaving us inspired to elevate our skills and continue to provide you with a salon experience like no other.

Throughout the day, we openly discussed our vision for Salon Purpose, celebrated our accomplishments as a high-end hair salon in Sydney, and explored innovative ways to enhance your salon experience. By giving space for every team member to contribute ideas, share insights, and feel heard, we ensure that we are always striving to exceed your expectations and deliver the best possible service.

While we experience this in small doses at our regular in-house ‘Purpose Education’ sessions, and special events like our annual ‘With Love’ campaign, quarterly team building events allow us to solidify these things in even greater measure. From immersive training sessions to unforgettable team trips, like our adventure to Fiji in October 2023, these experiences create an unbreakable bond among our team members. When we come together, we harness our collective creativity, expertise, and love for hairdressing to bring your dream hair to life.
