Salon Purpose Cancellation Policy

At Salon Purpose, we deeply appreciate your support and the trust you place in us. We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your plans. However, we kindly request your understanding that Salon Purpose operates as a meticulously scheduled salon, reliant on the punctuality of our beautiful clients.

When an appointment goes unattended or we receive inadequate notice of cancellation, it not only disrupts our carefully coordinated schedule but also inconveniences other valued clients who may have sought an appointment during that time. To ensure the fair allocation of our resources and to serve you and our clientele in the very best way, Salon Purpose maintains a minimum cancellation or rescheduling notice period of 24 hours. Failing to meet this requirement will occur in a 50% fee of the service cost.

We want to assure you that we are not inflexible, and in the case of genuine emergencies, we may exercise our discretion to waive or relax this policy.

We value your loyalty and support, and in return, we strive to consistently deliver the highest standard of customer service with every visit. To facilitate communication and smooth operations, we send all clients a confirmation SMS 3-4 days before their scheduled appointment. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated, allowing us to serve you better.
